KURT WEAVER
CHURCH AMBASSADOR NETWORK
HARRIBURG, PA
Kurt Weaver serves as the Director of the Church Ambassador Network and the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Pennsylvania Family Institute in Harrisburg. With over eleven years of pastoral ministry experience and a background in the Christian music industry, Kurt brings a unique blend of leadership and outreach skills. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and the Pastors College in Louisville, KY, and is passionate about equipping church leaders to influence their communities and respond to the cultural challenges facing the Church today.
The Church Ambassador Network’s mission is to build meaningful relationships between pastors and local legislators, encouraging churches to engage government through prayer, care, and collaboration. The network connects thousands of pastors across Pennsylvania through regular Zoom prayer meetings and in-person gatherings, fostering a spirit of unity and impact.
During times of crisis such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the Church Ambassador Network provided critical resources for pastors, including briefings with the Pennsylvania Secretary of Health, legal webinars with the Independence Law Center, and leadership training with national ministry experts.
Key programs include the Capitol Clergy Prayer Team, the Timothy 2 Project, the Pastors Briefing, the Honoring God Project, and Adopt-A-Legislator. Through these initiatives, Kurt and the Church Ambassador Network help churches faithfully engage civic leaders, bringing the love and truth of Christ to the public square.
Life Center is proud to support the Church Ambassador Network and its vital work equipping pastors to be effective ambassadors for Christ in government and community.
