Dr. Leanna Cinquanta is the founder and president of WIN (We Ignite Nations), a nonprofit organization working to transform some of the most unreached and underserved areas of the world through education, development, and freedom initiatives. After a profound personal calling in 1996, Leanna moved to South Asia and began serving in a region known as the epicenter of human trafficking.
What began as one woman’s bold step of faith has now grown into a global movement. WIN empowers native leaders and uplifts entire communities by addressing deep-rooted poverty, exploitation, and illiteracy. Their work spans across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and beyond, reaching more than one million people each year. With a network of over 30,000 indigenous leaders, WIN facilitates clean water access, builds schools, rescues children, provides job training, and supports microbusiness startups.
Central to WIN’s approach are four key areas: spiritual community, education, empowerment, and emancipation. From launching computer training centers and distributing sewing machines to drilling water wells and equipping anti-trafficking teams, WIN’s projects are practical and deeply transformational.
Leanna’s vision is not just to bring short-term aid but to ignite long-term change by equipping people to thrive. Her life and work continue to inspire global leaders, communities, and changemakers who believe in a world where every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.
